18+ years of success, failures, experience, expertise, and full-stack exposure in Growth, Customer Experience (CX), Brand, Product, Marketing, Advertising, Digital, and Data Analytics across industries. Loaded experience of both advertising agencies and client side across APAC, MEA.

Vinod Nagar is a highly accomplished professional and full stack marketer in the field of Banking, Fintech, IT, Telecom, Ecommerce, SaaS, Digital, Media, and Advertising. He’s currently Head of Growth Marketing and CX Design at Payit, a digital wallet of First Abu Dhabi Bank and building an everyday FinStyle brand for the families and the communities. Under his leadership, Payit has grown exponentially, and the growth continues.

Recently, he was recognized as a future Martech Leader by Martech Vibe. he has worked with a diverse range of organizations, from large corporations to innovative start-ups, including FAB, Payit, Magnati, PayTabs, Microsoft, Nokia, Ogilvy, and Havas, across multiple locations.

He’s also the mastermind behind the innovative Magnati MetaV project, a metaverse built on web3.0 and blockchain technology. He’s an occasional speaker in the events, and generously shares his expertise as a mentor and coach to students and young marketers.

He embarked on his entrepreneurial journey in July 2010 by co-founding Kreata Global, a digital agency. Subsequently, he launched a MarTech platform and laying out plans for an online grocery platform launch. He transitioned to an independent fintech startup PayTabs, and now with Payit, a digital wallet startup operating within the largest bank of the region. These experiences underscore his diverse exposure across various stages.

He’s currently learning an advanced Program in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science at Texas McCombs School of Business.

Payit, a Digital Wallet of First Abu Dhabi Bank, UAE

Head of Growth Marketing and CX Design

  • Driving customer growth, customer experience design, and revenue for the wallet
  • Accountable for achieving KPIs and targets as per the balanced scorecard.
  • Building automations, conducting spend analysis, implementing gamification, optimizing customer experience (CX), and enhancing product stickiness features.
  • Tools known and leveraged – Appsflyer, Pushwoosh, Firebase, Zendesk, Firebase, Google Looker, Moengage, etc.

    Led the development and execution of the digital marketing strategy and plan, overseeing critical areas such as website management, search engine optimization (SEO), social media presence, customer relationship management (CRM), lead management, analytics, and marketing technology (Martech).

    Accountable for an integrated marketing strategy, tactics and programs to create demand, conversions and recognition for PayTabs and its products.

  • Brands Konnect 

    Joined a hand with Brands Konnect as an entrepreneur, and equity partner in Jan 2016 to build and launch a startup in the region.

    • Launched digital marketing startup within 3 months and generated a business of ~$100k in short of span of time.
    • Simultaneously, worked on to launch an online grocery platform in collaboration Zopnow and Grand Hypermarket exclusively in the country.
    • Built and launched Marketerboard – a customer marketing platform. The platform included Campaign Management, SMS, Email Marketing, and Media Planning.
